There was no dedicated digital CRM for law firms in Nepal prior to this build — legal practitioners had no purpose-built tool to manage clients, cases, documents, and scheduling. Okil AI was conceived to fill that gap.
Our team built a complete CRM tailored to the legal workflow, with AI-powered document generation at its core — including an AI-based platform for generating legal documents and templates, built as an integrated part of Okil AI.
Because no comparable product existed in the Nepali legal market, there was no established workflow or template to build from — the team had to define the right feature set and legal-document AI generation approach from first principles.
Okil AI is currently in its early release stage, with 5 clients expected to onboard within the first month of release — the first legal CRM of its kind in Nepal.
